The Steven Farrell Podcast

Mar 19, 2019

Supportive, caring, kind and determined are only a few of the words I can use to describe my guest on this episode. Morbidly obese and eating because she was unhappy and unhappy because she was eating, Jules Coll needed an intervention and after many years' of bad food choices the only way out was an irreversible gastric bypass surgery.

In this episode, Jules shares the story of her happy childhood and of how in her early 20s she began to make really bad food choices. Jules is incredibly honest about the dangers of her surgery and life after surgery and how she now lives in a place of happiness and balance again.

We also speak about the dangers of hidden sugar in our food and drinks and Jules give some incredible tips to get you motivated, this is an inspiring episode with an incredibly inspiring person.
